soo... well another day goes by and the US have less of a chance of making the second round of the confederations cup... well that sucks... and on top of that I think my body's going into hibernation. the last 2 days have consisted of me going to bed at midnight.. waking up at 930-945.. watching a half of soccer.. falling asleep at halftime.. and waking up just 30 min before the next game at 200. soo something tells me there's something wrong there... I'll figure it out some day....

Well today I got up at 6 to put siding on my grandmas GIANT house... to be honest its not that the house is giant... but there's a garage and a shed that has to get done too... oy.. so I get there at 7 and we're workin hard.. by 8 I'm exhausted cause its the most active thing I've done since..... well since a while.. then god decides that I need to get wet.. and it rains like allllllll hell.. so now I'm soked.. tired.. and busting my ass (which I'm totally fine with cause I'm finaly out of the god damn house).. so the big boss says... "son lets go in" so we do.. and I go home.. approx .75 sec after walkin in the door of the house.. I'm in bed sleeping.. this was no ordinary nap folks... this is one of those naps you dream of.... (kinda funny read that again).. it was so good I almost didn't pick up my phone to accept an interview for an actual job!.. yay.. but I did.. so maybe I'll have a job now.. then later in the day I realized it was opening day!!.. I watched .6 innings of baseball and was bored so I turned it off.... but it did make me happy seeing that the yankees spent 126mill on a pitcher and he only lasted 4 1/3 innings in their loss... but now I'm sore and have a really really long day tomorrow... oh boy..

I have not seen the movie yet, but upon stumbling on a borders coupon for 40% off one item in the store I felt compelled to go having no idea what I wanted to get. I looked all over the store but nothing really stood out. Until I stumbled upon this book. I had heard it was absolutely amazing and well everyone says movies ruin books.. and this movie was supposed to be AMAZING too, so I figured why not.

Holy $&*@ I didn't know what I got myself into. I read the book in 2 days... 2 days.. you may say well why'd you put it down.. well I went and got drunk.. geeze..

I don't want to ruin any of the storyline or anything its soooooooo damn good. But even if you've seen the movie I still think reading the book will be amazing. To be honest.. its prolly one of the best books you'll read... so do it.. if you wanna borrow it.. give me a call...

I hate Duke so much I'm not even going to put their logo up. I've always been a UConn basketball fan since I can remember and you may be thinking... why don't you hate Cuse or G-Town or someone like that. Well truth be told, I don't really know. To be honest I've never really liked coach K, and I hate every player that its on that stupid team. I guess its a combonation of a couple things. Firstly, I hate their playing style.. there's nothing exciting about it they get one dousch that can shoot 3's and they play soo technical which is good in some aspects.. but its just sooo damn boring. Secondly, WHY ARE THEIR PLAYERS SOOO DAMN UGLY! Sheldon Williams (above) is easily in the top 10 ugliest people in the world, and I'm sure there are many more to come. Thirdly, they have no cool players and if anyone is thinking 'what about JJ?' I will kick you in the nuts if you dont have nuts.. then I'll just kick you. I can't be mad at Cuse cause they've had players like Mello and my absolute favorite Hakim Warrick.... so... there's number 1 for ya..

AAHHH YES!! My beloved UCONN Huskies will be facing off against Perdue later tonight. I predict another comfortable win tonight which will be followed by a tough win against Memphis, followed by another win against Louiville, followed by an easy win against Pitt!! Wow its been a while sorry bout that. Yeah I'm pretty lame don't worry about it I guess it could have been expected. I've been both away in multiple senses you could say. One I went to NJ to visit the two most amazing girls in the world for a weekend (my nieces) which was filled with a lot of JD friends and of course.. BOWLING where I bowled a 214. Also the NCAA tourney has kept me away cause I'm glued to the TV wondering if this may be the year for my bracket, but West Virginia decided to take a really early exit and gave me the proverbial shaft. But UCONN's playin well and that's all that matters.
Over this time period I've had around 1ri1day which was.. well I don't really remember.. I went bowling and have no idea how I did.. then went to the diner and ate. I'm sure a lot of other things happened in between but who knows. Black and I have dominated many games in our drunken video game nights. Which is also great. But now's the the time to get back on track...

My Valentines Day Weekned

Wow.. is all I really have to say.

Friday: I drove up to CT, it took me 3 hrs and I chilled at Sabs' house for a bit then we went and grabbed some sushi.. I got a roll that wasn't wrapped in rice... but in CUCUMBER!! wow was that a great decision, seriously... it was.. Then I went bowling.. and bowled horrible and I actually got beat in one of the games.... ouch... I bowled 115, 113, 195, and 140. After that I met up with my college buddies and went to TGI Fridays where my buddy Nate terrorized everyone that worked there.. it was amazing... and I got to eat buffalo chicken wings! yes!! and drank lots of beer.

Saturday: This was STUPID of me. I woke up at say 10am... and drank half of a bottle of 100 proof Peppermint Schnapps (I think that's how you spell it). We then proceeded to go to a Japaneese buffet which was AMAZING.. I ate sooo damn much and was really really loud in the process. We went back to my roommates house and I passed out. I woke up and had a really sweet dinner and drank some more. We then proceeded to go to the bar where just before we stopped at the ATM to get some cash out..... and I magically ROLL MY FUCKING ANKLE. (for those of you who don't know I've had surgery on this thing and have rolled it 6454 times in the past.. so its LOOOOOSE). I then limp to the bar where the bartender... keeps giving me 2 beers when I ask for one (yes I paid for 2 also) but I feel the need to finish them before they get warm so I get titanically drunk. On the way home... I vomit.. and eventually get to sleep not knowing what's going on...

so in a nutshell Saturday I got drunk twice, rolled my ankle, and vomited.. cool

We played alright there was nothing spectacular about the game except Timmy's big save in the first 5-6 min and the cute dipping shot that Bradley hit in added time. It was an even game.. if Mexico finished their chances it could have easily been a tie game.. but hey we got 3 pts.. boo-ya son!!

From right to left in the back I'd like to see Wynne Boca Gooch and Jonny Born (Wynne on the right cause he was the man of the match in my eyes against the sweeeeeeeds.. boca and gooch.. heart and soul. and Jonny just cause he's a lil Mexican I feel that he might play a little harder.)

As for midfield Beas and Dempsey outside with Bradley recessed and Sascha more forward. (Torres is too young. Clark has done nothing ever.. well for me at least and Rodgers would come off the bench late)

Up top Jozy out right forward and Donovan a little recessed (if I was the manager Ching would never step foot on the pitch again I just don't like him.. I'd bring Davies in depending on the score line and the conditioning of the players)

My prediction is...... 1-1 draw... and I'ma be PISSED!

Here's the next book I'm readin folks. It seems like its going to be funny, and its about the greatest sport in the world... footy. Its about a sports writer who gets sick of all the sports drama here and goes to England. He falls in love with Portsmouth and so on and so forth.. (I've only read the first 6 pgs cause someone was nice enough to turn on the TV).

But the Ninja Handbook was a pretty good book. If you like books that leave you laughing and saying WTF did I just read its the book for you.

The one thing I miss most about SD is easily Ocean Beach. It wasn't the nicest beach... the girls weren't very hott... I just miss it cause it was a place to go after work.. Well today was very productive.. here's what happened..
1. I woke up at 1040 and sat at the computer and checked my e-mails and such...
2. After I was done I cleaned up the kitchen and ate some left over buffalo chicken from last night..
3. I finished Samuri Champloo.... amazing...
4. Marcus reccomended Naruto.. so I watched that for the rest of the day.

So this is the book I'm currently reading right now... It's pretty sweet. If you like books that make no sense and you get a shit load of wtf's and some really good laughs this book is for you. I'm just passed half way and I'll prolly finish it sometime soon but overall this book is SICK! You learn all the secerets of the ninja. If you have 20 bucks (it was cheaper.. you'd prolly end up with like 3 dollars change) that you don't know what to do with.. don't buy food.. buy this book its a keeper... or if we're friends I'll lend it to you..

Well after yesterday and the loss we will suffer this weekend to Chelsea we (Liverpool) are officially out of the title race and will finish fourth in the league. Isn't that exciting. Why am I pissed off about yesterday's game besides giving up a late PK. RAFA BLOWS!... I hate to say it but the teams he puts together for league games and untimely subs are ruining any hope of winning the league or for that matter anything.

Yesterday vs Wigan with a 1-0 lead he decided to take out Gerrard, Babs, and Torres. That's a great idea because you're playing a team that hasn't lost at home in 5 games and this is a must win game to keep pace with United. So its a good idea to take out all of your scoring threats and not try and finish them off when you have the chance... yeah great work. I realize that we do play Chelsea on Sun. but you know what.. Chelsea's playing right now too so they're going to be just as tired. We tied that game because our WONDERFUL manager decided to look to the next game before finishing the one in front of him... boot em

Well first off yesterday i had an interview in Queens which was a fucking trip and a half just to find out that the asshole there gave me the wrong job description... yay... so that blew.. then I got home and hung out w/ black and we ended up gettin some 22's and played some wii bowling.. Today I picked up my grandmas 52 inch TV and brought it here cause she got another one.. so now we have a massive TV to wii bowl.... sick... and I brought some other stuff to my grandpa's house too... and that's pretty much it.. boring eh..?

Holy Jesus!!! I just set up a wireless network in the crib, which means I now have a Wii that's online. So I'm messing around and I come across the greatest game ever made!!! I drove 20 min to get one of those Wii points cards and drove approx 7000 mph home to get this game on my Wii. I played for like four hours last night and felt like I was 7 again!! I finally beat the Russian jerkface "Soda Popinski".. who's name was supposed to be "Vodka Drunkinski" but Nintendo didn't follow through.. This morning I really felt like someone loved me when I found THIS ONLINE!!!

Only thing that sucks is it's not out yet.. and there's no set release date... but I will pre-order this when it comes out.. :-D

This will be an instant classic!! Everton are fighting for the UEFA Cup slot and Liverpool are hoping to keep pace with United for the championship. Well its obvious who I want to win but I'm not so sure about it. If Rafa brings another squad like he did against Stoke.. we're fucked.. its as simple as that. He needs to start Torres up front and take him out after 65 min because he's not match fit yet and give Keane run up top when Torres can't go any more. Kuyt CAN NOT play up top!! We need him on the wing because he NEVER stops running and that's where he's great. Besides that we need to get Babel in the game late if we're tied or down a goal. Liverpool win 3-1 with two late goals....

We will win the title if Torres stays healthy, its as simple as that. We need to take the 3 points and put all the pressure on United.

Well it seems my cousin and I are destroying our livers. I am anxiously awaiting 'Round Fri6ay' (yes we are quite the creative family). Some highlights of previous rounds are as follows.

'Round 1' It was new to us... we didn't really know what to expect so I killed an entire 750 of Jager.. I dunno what Ray or Shan drank.. what can I say I don't remember much..
'Round 2' From here on out Ray and I have tag teamed (Double Dragon Style) a bottle of whiskey. I think this first one was regular Jack.
'Round 3' Black makes his first appearance and well there was GJ and SoCo and a hell of a lot of Wii bowling... AND BACON CHEESE BURGER PIZZA!!
'Round 4' This was a great night black came over again and there was quite a few people over.. Ray and I dominated a bottle of 'Single Barrel' and stayed on the Wii bowling all night... because we were always the ones adding the scores up... honestly.. I think we won one game..
'Round 5aturday' Ooooo Ray got creative with this one. This was another GJ night w/ lots of people.. Bruce bowled a 300.. I hate him..

Soo you can see how where the night is going. The best thing in life is great family and friends.

My 10 Birthday Wishes

Well as none of you know (because no one reads my blog) my birthday is coming up and here's my 10 wishes...

1. Liverpool wins the Premier League- Wow I've been dreaming that for god knows how long (yeah I'm cool). As of now we're cleaning out the old and aweful (except Dirk Kuyt because we love having the worst player in the history of the premiership on our team) and hopefully bringing in the new. Hopefully we'll swoop up Barry with the 9+ mill we got from Portsmouth for Crouch and maybe get someone that knows what they're doing to put next to Torres like maybe Keane cause as seen above.. I hate Dirk Kuyt...

2. The New England Revolution to finally win the MLS cup- We've been in the final at least 27 times in the last couple years with nothing to show.. or thats what it feels like. Now that Houston is horrible we may yet have a chance. Twellman is just about off injury and he'll be added to the line-up that given the Revs the best record in the MLS.

3. Biscuites- I love them and I don't eat them that often. As a matter of fact the only time I eat them is on Thanksgiving.

4. A single table in the MLS- As you all know there's the east and the west in the MLS. I would love to move to a single table and mix em all up. This however, will not happen due to the United States being so large the traveling would be horrible for the players. Personally I blame Thomas Jefferson my wish not coming true..... Damn you and your Lousiana Purchase.....

5. The MLS clubs to own their players contracts- Well this is a long way off... first off all the MLS teams have to be making money, well enough to take care of the contracts. Which means the fan base will have to go through the roof (Which it is.. yay Seattle and Philly). So please everyone buy jerseys and teddy bears so my dream can come true...

6. The MLS and USL set up a system of relegation to get rid of poopy teams. (side note: poopy is a great word... when ever you say it people laugh.. try it I dare you). I think this would be amazing, but first wish 5 would have to come true.

7. Lots of beer- my second favorite thing in the world besides soccer.. well maybe third becasuse I have to add my girlfriend in here or I may get dumped.. so maybe my soon to be second favorite thing.. and I'd like lots of it and no crappy beer please. Sweet.. Thanks!

8. Bob Bradley to get fired- I hate the guy personally, I want a coach that won't put a team out there to sit back and not score goals against England, Spain, and Argentina. Isn't that the reason why we got rid of Bruce Arena in the first place, so we could maybe play with the great teams around the world and show why we were ranked so high going into the World Cup.

9. Kenny Cooper to get called up- Not just to the national team, but somewhere in europe too. Who doesn't want a GIANT who has amazing feet. So please Bob before you get the boot call up Kenny and put him along side Donovan and "BAMB" (said like Emril the cooking guy) goals.. yay we win.

10. A MLS team to win the CONCACAF Champions League- How stellar would that be, I don't care who wins it. The could award it to Thomas Jefferson for the Lousiana Purchase. Just please don't let it be a Mexican team.

Crouch on his way out?

Well news on the street says that Peter Crouch is finally on his way out of Liverpool thanks to Portsmouth. The bid was higher then the 9mill bid which the Reds had turned down. One thing is for sure, this move isn't creating alot of room on the bench (see picture).

So now I'm excited... we got rid of Kewell yesterday and Crouch today. Kewell was a great move because he's made of eggshells. I can't remember the last time he played healthy. Giving him the boot means the Dutchman Ryan Babel a chance to move into the line up with his blazing speed and ability to put the ball in the back of the net. Now with Crouch gone, which is a blessing, we're making room for another forward to come in, because he didn't really do much except sit on the bench and look really akward. For the past year Crouch has also complained to the media that he wants to play more, well maybe someone should have told him that he doesn't score enough to be put on the pitch. Now that we've got around 10mill in our pockets maybe we can throw that toward our bid for Garreth Barry and continue on our path toward world domination.
